When can I pick up the laptop I ordered?
I ordered it yesterday. Never received an email with Pickup Information

Also, I can't get in touch with anyone....tried to sign in with the info I used yesterday to set up my account - couldn't; tried to reset password, used the temporary one issued by customer support and then got locked out.
