Returns or Exchanges
How are exchanges being handled at the Westbury store? I purchased an item yesterday and would like to exchange it or return it.

@julian7725 The return policy varies from product to product. Most products have a 30day return policy. Desktop/laptop/motherboards/processors have a 15day return policy and phones have a 14day return policy.

Returns are currently being handled the same as we usually do. Provided you are within the return period you can bring your product back in and we'll get it taken care of. Just keep in mind that there's no special line for returns or anything like that, you'll still have to wait in the normal line if there is one to come inside. -
