Hi
I am unable to open scanned attachments or forwarded attachments in my email. When I try to "save as" it gives me the option of a "webpage complete" I don't know how to resolve this. Thank you.

How are you accessing your email? Is it via webmail through an internet browser, or are you using an application like Microsoft Outlook to access it?
