Micro Center 2YR MC REPAIR ASSURANCE1
I purchased a 2-year Repair Assurance 1 plan last year after having a hardware failure. I bought most of the parts for a custom PC from Micro Center, including my Asrock motherboard. I just started having issues with it not recognizing my Intel 10GBE NIC. I know I'm entitled to some type of repair attempt, but my question is. Does Micro Center allow a trade-in of the defective board for another model? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
