I reserved a cpu online and I'm looking to return said item. but I don't have an e-receipt or a physical receipt. All I have is a email confirming the reservation and a bank charge from the store that matches the item amount in the reservation email.
Greetings @RemyC, a physical receipt is not required as long as we are able to look up your purchase in our system! Typically, you'll provide information to the cashier when you purchase the item. We use this information to look up your purchase should you lose your receipt.
