I purchased a 6800 XT PowerColor video card from the Dallas location on November 22nd. It is already dead. Soon as GPU clock ramps artifacts happen and system crashes. Put back in my 4 year old trusty 1080 TI Aorus and all good again.
I just chatted with someone online named Phillip T. He stated I could bring the card back for REFUND before Jan 15. I wanted to confirm this BEFORE I drive 4 hours back to the store for this video card I paid double for.
Can someone that is staff please confirm what Phillip stated is true before I make the drive there please?

Ok I spoke to another person in chat whose name is Colin 1-2-2022 12:07 p.m. Colin stated what Phillip said so I will be making the drive. Wish I could contact someone through a land-line before I drove 4 hours. It's a chance I have to make for $1400 dollars. I just want a refund. NOT chancing it again with this card.
