I've always wanted to build a pc every since I was in high school. I managed to save enough for a decent gaming laptop. But it eventually stopped working. I now have enough money to build a pc. I'm planning on using my pc to explore my love for games even more as well as reigniting my love for streaming again. Ive done a lot of research recently and although Microcenter doesn't have all the parts I would hope for, they are still an amazing community for helping a whole group of computer nerds like us. Here is my build through the Microcenter pc builder. :)

A top notch 12th gen i9 build. Kind of what I'm going for right now, but actually with a GPU :P
Ideally we'd cool this with a full custom loop with the CPU and GPU both under water. I opted for a big 980 m.2 for installing everything on, with a big 4tb ssd to serve as Plex storage. Since its mostly going to be read and not written on, should last very long and we wont have to deal with HDD noises.

I recently helped a friend build her first computer using the pink Cooler Master NR200P and was envious of the end result, and I want to make a similar one for myself in the future.

This a midrange build for video editing. It would have been nice to have a modular power supply for less money, but the gpu seems good!

Still learning from my gaming family, my first build! https://www.microcenter.com/site/content/custom-pc-builder-asus.aspx?load=1d878f26-d1e5-4879-9d4b-0c4ec51a7d74

I'm after the most powerful components I can get my hands on with elegant easy-to-clean fan filters built into the very largest desktop case I can find - the latter two things I'm not sure I achieved in this build. I don't care about looks or lighting (preferably pitch black), I care about how well (and cool, while keeping things simple) my computer works. I'm not even a gamer. I use many Hyper-V virtual PCs in my home environment. Unfortunately, there are no heatsinks at Micro Center compatible with my CPU of choice, and the website could make it easier to determine what water cooling components would work for it as well.

Here's my Cheap As$ Gaming PC build
-
Nothing wrong with building cheap. I used to love trying to make the very most with limited resources, and sometimes I still do. The choices available are much better now than they were 20+ years ago, although arguably, not all-around as good as they were three years ago, except for GPUs in CPUs as your example.

I want a High end comp that will last me the next 5-10 years. Do some hard core gaming and streaming. Video edit for my youtube channel. Something that I can't afford but will like to build some day.

Looking to upgrade my current rig for gaming. This has a lot of the pieces i would use. I feel like the gpu is just the dream. I realize i am going to have to actually try for something like a 3060 ti if i can find it for a decent price. That said, i think the other components would be great!

This is the build I just put together. After wanting to build a new rig since the right before the Nvidia 30 series was announced and FINALLY getting my hands on a 3080, I was able to create this wonderful machine. The only differences are my 2.5" SSD is Kingston and my CPU cooler is a Scythe Fuma 2 but these were the closest comparable.
