I received a defective ender 3 pro can I get a refund or replacement

I recently bought an ender 3 pro from MC in st davids. The plate is warped and the middle is higher than the rest of the plate making it impossible to level the bed. Can I package it back up for a refund or replacement at the store? I purchased just a few days ago.
