Defective Gigabyte Graphics Card Return
EO4
✭
Hello. I bought a Gigabyte graphics card last December and now, my computer suddenly couldn't recognize the card anymore. I tried putting another card (same Gigabyte model) into my computer and that works. Can I still return this defective card even if it's past the 30 days return window already?

Greetings, the return period would be 30 days on graphics cards. If you do not have a Micro Center plan, you may reach out to Gigabyte for any sort of warranty claims: https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Support/Warranty
