Went with the parts that could handle CoD Warzone's requirement because they keep making the game bigger in size each month. I'll probably be able to stream with it too.

I have always been a console gamer, and had dreams of having a PC capable of streaming and gaming Warzone. With the new modern warfare and warzone coming out, I need a computer that's capable of maximum performance.

I set up the memory to be 4x16gb Corsair because RGB! Got the 6600XT as I have been wanting to try this card and compare it to the 3060ti my wife has. Then got the same NVMe as my current build, the 980 2tb M.2! Thanks for the giveaway Microcenter. You guys are awesome.

Built my current system 3 years ago, and I've been wanting to upgrade but was unable to financially. This would go a long way in helping me bring my system up to more current.
-
This is a build for gaming (GTA V, COD: Warzone, Minecraft, etc)! I chose the 6600xt because I consider it to be better than the 3050, and it's an upgraded version of the 6600 I believe. I chose a 980 Pro with 2TB of storage just to make sure I have enough room for my games! (Especially Call of Duty games, haha). I'll also use this build to capture highlights of my gameplay while playing games (another reason for the 2tb SSD). I chose 32gb of Corsair memory to make sure I have enough memory to run multiple applications at once and also have enough room in case games in the future are going to need more ram. I also chose this because of the really nice RGB on the ram. I have heard things about Corsair ram going bad fast, however, I think that the RGB 100% makes up for it!
This is my build:

These are the parts I have picked. I wanted something I can use for gaming and some photo editing. Would be a nice upgrade from my optiplex 790.

I still am using my Asus Rog Maximus AM3 system and this would be a sweet way to get into Ryzen!!!
Good luck to all!

Great starter PC, has a 3050 for great 1080p gaming for AAA gaming (combined with the Ryzen 7 5800X)
16GB RAM is plenty to start with for light multitasking (with room for expansion)
1TB ssd nvme (+ 1TB hard drive) is enough storage to install a few games and documents, and can be easily installed on the motherboard!
-
It's a build I'd be happy to have after a crazy 2 years of craptacular events.

My girlfriend and I lost some of our pc parts during a fire started by my downstairs neighbor back in March. We’ve slowly been saving up money to rebuild our PCs since renters insurance didn’t cover our PCs enough to cover all the expenses. This would help get one of us a fully working pc so we can combine our other parts to finish the 2nd build. I chose the options I did to make a pc that can keep up with the variety of games we enjoy playing. I chose the 2TB m.2 because we are the type to keep our games downloaded even when they’re not being played. Good luck to everyonehttps://www.microcenter.com/site/content/custom-pc-builder-asus.aspx?load=bcc0e6c1-cc2c-4a95-a9f2-80dc1995dfbc

Here's my build:
I chose 2 x 32GB of Crucial RAM and 4TB of performance SSD HDs due to my media creation needs. I have experienced micro-stuttering in the past and I would like to try and take those factors out of the equation. The NVIDIA card was mainly due to my need for something with CUDA cores.
-
I feel my choice in options would best suit my needs. I want to replace my antiquated 14yr old media server. My server feeds movies and music to my rokus and google homes. I also got into 3d printing. My current setup includes an Creality Ender 3 V2 fairly heavily modified and being controlled by octoprint on an orange pi. The reason for this mention is that I run Obico (formerly The Spaghetti Detective) on my server to watch my prints for failures. It has already saved me several times by pausing the print when it shifted. However, its fairly demanding on my old server, despite running Linux to lighten the load.

Went with the G.Skill to avoid the corsair software need, but still need that 32 GB. Samsung 2 TB because you need the space for games AND creator content. Finally, the RTX 3050 because Nvidia is just rocking it this gen.

This build would be a good jumping off point for a PC that can game, edit, & stream. Plus them looks are pretty nice to have
I took off the first w in the link because it wouldn't let me post links after I did what it asked.

My main PC is running a processor from 2012, a Core i5-3570K. Both my kids (twins) are going to college for engineering and I would like them to have a nice computer to do their work and entertain themselves from time to time. This build would be leagues faster than what I have available!

I am not kidding!

Sweet deal, actually! I've been shopping AMD CPUs and haven't quite decided between 5600x, 5700x, and 5800x. This build actually turned out to be about $1600 all said and done, which is a much better deal than lots of prebuilts I see. 6600xt would serve me well for content creation and some 1080>1440 gaming as I upgrade the monitor, and I've always been happy with Inland SSDs, so the 1tb PCIe 4 makes sense for this build, as I'd opt for an additional larger storage drive.
