@TSMikeW is this going to work for sure this time? I haven't used my desktop for a while, wonder how long this will take the time out of me and travel back and forth.

I would make it clear that you've had this issue for a while and it has been in for service numerous times. Please ask them to clarify what work was done previously and what they're doing this time.
