I wish to cancel an order I made online for the custom PC build service offered online to then pickup in store the same day,
In short, custom PC build wasn't built same day as advertised,,so,after 3 days I went to the returns page to start that process, selecting all the parts that made up my PC build order, but got an email back saying to come to microcenter with the parts to return.
Since I never received the machine, with any of the PC components, I have nothing to bring to the store.
How do I go about simply getting a direct refund done for this?

Not taken care of. Getting the runaround of "refunds been processed, contact your bank" baloney. My bank shows zero awareness of any refund transaction. Microcenter is good at shirking accountability. They haven't refunded anything. All they've given me is a receipt of their return, which nothing processed to my bank
