I don't want to waist another day of driving because someone decided to take a return item and put it back on the self as new instead of used. How can I get a hold of the store manager to make this right?

I purchased the item online for instore pickup and after picking it up and installing it I noticed that it was already used. Used items are usually sold at a discount not a regular prices and customers are told beforehand that they are buying a return item. My expectation was not to receive a return item. At this time for me to return the item to the store will cost me $25 in gas, so I would rather try to resolve this issue without having to return to the store.
It would be nice if there was a way to resolve these types of issues without using a community forum. Seems weird that there isn't a callcenter for Microcenter that would be able to resolve these types of issues.
