I just wanted to request help with an unusual problem I'm encountering. After making an in-store purchase a week ago, I've been receiving multiple email receipts for products that aren't mine, kind of like the issue in this thread: "Microcenter kept sending me emails about receipts for purchases that weren't done by me — Micro Center".
Now this wouldn't be a huge issue, I can just block the emails as spam. HOWEVER, I am also receiving redemption codes not meant for me (like games that go with hardware purchases, or antivirus codes people bought). I'm really concerned about the security issue, as well as the fact that people probably aren't getting the stuff they've paid for.
Please investigate this and help me resolve it. I'm happy to assist in any way I can.
