Loud noise from PC

I bought a pc a couple of months ago from micro center and after I opened it was super loud when it was doing it got to the point where I just would not use it because of the noise. Is there anyway you can help,

We would suggest to have a store location take a look at your PC to see what the issue may be. We offer a walk-in service so an appointment is not required. Our Technicians are available Monday-Saturday from 10am-9pm and Sundays from 11am-6pm.
