Why do you recommend a B550 chipset board instead of an X570? The new ones don't need fans and X570 is better at overclocking.
-
@magarity, you're %100 correct, but when I was looking, X570 boards are alot more expensive, but I would definitely recommend getting an X570 board
-
I think it's really up to johnny, but ya if he has 100 bucks more he should get an X570
-
Didn't this start out with some absurd budget? I didn't think B550 to X570 would break the bank. I have a Crosshair VIII so I tend to think even other X570 boards are inexpensive.

@magarity, oh my gosh that’s so funny I completely forgot he was willing to spend 5k! Ya Johnny definitely go for a x570 board, me or magarity will send you one soon
