Hello, I was wondering why I haven't gotten an email towards my order being confirmed because I ordered a monitor and haven't gotten an email and it is not showing up in my order history. So I was wondering if the order went through because this is my first time buying something from micro center online, and I have already paid fully so I'm worried about it not working or something. So, if you can tell me why or if something happened I will appreciate it thank you.
I understand you recently placed an order, the process for email confirmations various based on the order type. When placing an online reservations for in-store pickup, an email will be sent after the order is confirmed ready for pickup. Details on that email can be seen here, https://community.microcenter.com/kb/articles/25-is-my-reservation-ready, note that payment would be done at the time of pickup.
If the order was an online shipping order, then an email may arrive once the order is shipped. The email would contain the tracking information at that time. Orders can take 5-7 business days to be fully processed by our online team.
