Bambu A1 Printer Recall Question

I know it is beyond Microcenter's control and I like Microcenter a lot, but it is a little frustrating that the A1 is on sale again on Bambu Labs website and still no heatbed replacement for those of use that went through Microcenter. I think they should have supplied Microcenter first if Bambu Labs wants to build a retail presence.

I filled out the form and have not heard anything yet.

Has anybody gotten an email regarding heat bed replacement yet? I called my local store last week and they said they haven’t received ANY heat beds yet.

Hello all! Our stores are starting to get the replacement parts for the A1! As soon as there are any updates for when these parts will be available, you will receive an email with how to get yours! :)

When I go to the form to fill it out there is no embedded form, and Bambu will not respond because I purchased from Microcenter.
How do I get on the list?

We would like to update everyone on the current status of the Bambu Lab A1 Combo Printer recall. We are working closely with Bambu Lab and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we resolve this issue.
Due to Bambu Lab’s compliance concerns, replacing the heatbed is no longer a feasible option. However, we have partnered with Bambu Lab to secure new printers and can offer you an exchange.
Whether you choose to make a new purchase or simply complete the return, please rest assured that customers who registered for the replacement heatbed, will still receive the promised $120 Micro Center gift card. You can apply your gift card to purchase same day!
Thank you for your understanding and patience. We value your business and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

I bought my printer on January 26. The very next day I heard about the recall. I contacted Bambu Lab directly and was told I would receive a replacement bed on or about the end of March 2024. I waited, and waited. No reply. Finally after sending several follow up requests to Bambu Lab about my original Ticket (I guess that is what they call a complaint or other issue), they came back and said I should go through Micro Center. I have the original receipt but it is fading fast. I copied it just in case but I don't have a good feeling about any of this. Bambu Lab was quick to get the word out. Now I suspect they and Micro Center will slowly try and sweep this all under the rug.
