Can't boot G714 if turned off
I recently purchased a Powerspec g714 and have been loving the upgrade except for this one issue. When the PC is completely off or restarts, the computer will not boot. Every time I try to boot from off, the DRAM and CPU light on the motherboard (MSI B650-P pro wifi) are solid on. The sticks came installed on A2 and B2, I have tried both sticks by themselves in A2 and the same error occurs, as well as each stick separately in A1 to no avail. I saw another user with the same issues which I have attached, hoping to receive some support on this issue. Thank you

Please type msinfo32 in the search bar. Let me know what BIOS version you're on to start.

I believe it is 7D78v1C from MSI's website.

Did you have the same issue on the factory BIOS? A little more information if you could.
I'd like to see the Memory/SPD tabs in CPU-Z:
And Zentimings:

Yep same issue, its what led to to flash the bios. Let me run those and I'll post the results here.

In the BIOS under the OC menu look for a setting called Memory Context Restore and set it to enabled. I'd like to see if it can cold boot if it basically skips training.

@PowerSpec_MikeW Still getting red cpu light and orange DRAM light when trying to boot. Sometimes boots after around a minute after force restarting a few times.

It should be about 40 seconds to retrain and boot with MCR off. Give it a bit. CPU-Z showed 1.20V. Lets go up to 1.35 (DRAM Voltage) in the BIOS. If it still does it, next thing I'd try is lowering impedance (ProcODT).
