Games won't fully load

I built my PC myself and I've been trying to play Rainbow Six Siege and Minecraft recently but every time the game starts to load then the game will stop loading and crash. Can anyone help? Thank you!

Our support for video games would be quite limited here at Micro Center as this is not something we usually troubleshoot. Is this regarding a PC or parts you purchased from us? You may want to ensure you have the latest drivers for your video card installed as a basic troubleshooting step!

No its not about any of the parts and I do have the latest drivers. I was just wondering if anybody could offer any advice.

You can try a clean install of your video card drivers to see if that may help. https://community.microcenter.com/kb/articles/759-how-to-clean-install-video-card-drivers-in-windows-11

Otherwise we would recommend reaching out to the makers of the game with any sort of error messages you are getting or perhaps reinstalling those games.
