Lets verify what we're looking at. Reboot, tap 'Delete' to enter the BIOS. On the Easy Mode screen, where it says XMP Profile, click on 'Profile 1' and switch it to 'Auto'. Then hit F10 to save and exit. Lets run the memtestx86 again overnight.

@PowerSpec_MikeW
XMP has already been set to auto per our previous troubleshooting on 11/25 -
Sorry about that, too many projects going on at the same time. So we have a cold boot issue on XMP and instability on JEDEC. How about this.
- Enter the BIOS.
- Load XMP.
- On OC Tweaker set System Agent Voltage to Fixed.
- Fixed Voltage: 1.45
- F10 to save and exit.
-
MemTest failed on its first pass due to too many errors.
-
That's considerably worse with the slight VCCSA increase. Can you throw up a picture of the voltages in HWINFO64?

Excuse my ignorance if I am way off… the PC is advertised at DDR5-6000 RAM. Does that mean the RAM operates at 6000Mhz? I noticed in OC tweaker that the auto setting for DRAM Frequency is 4800? -

Yes, it should be running at 6000 on the XMP profile which shows it's loaded. Check your memory tab in Task Manager. Also, can you screenshot the sensors tab in HWINFO64?
-
Expand the task manager, widen it. What's the speed showing? And you did bump SA voltage, it's overshooting by about 200mV but that's not a problem.
-
Speed is 6000MT/s
The current setup in the BIOS:
XMP profile 1 which is 32-38-38-96 1.40v 1DPC
SA Fixed Mode
1.450V
which changed the Load-Line Calibration from AUTO to Level 1
-
Thanks. We might be going in the wrong direction here with that LL. Drop SA Voltage to 1.35V, save and exit. If it boots normally, lets run memtestx86 again overnight.

Working on BIOS 2.21. Expected completion is Wednesday morning.

Finally got around to updating BIOS today.I downloaded and unzipped the file, moved it to a usb drive formatted FAT32. Made sure Bitlocker was disabled and ran the flash tool from the bios menu. Now the pc is stuck in an infinite loop of rebooting.PC clicks on and the white light comes on, 2 seconds later the amber light turns on, about 30 seconds later the amber light turns off, and 3 seconds later the PC shuts off and reboots into the same cycle. The display never receives an input signal from the PC. -
Pull one the RAM sticks and try it again please.
