Would this be a suitable build?
Hi all, I'm kinda new to PC building, and would like your opinions on the parts list i have put together. My main goal is to be able to run Fallout 4, hopefully on the best possible graphics settings and 1080p. Would these selections work? what would you change? trying to keep the price as low as possible as well, between $600-700

I have a old Thermaltake V3 black edition case, and a TR2 600w power supply already. If you think that either of these wont work what would you suggest?

I only made 2 changes, I changed your motherboard to the 89.99 ASRock motherboard and upgraded your GPU to a 5600xt. While this does take away your wifi built into the motherboard it gives you much better performance on games. Now that AMD "seems" to have ironed out a lot of the driver issues they had, the 5600xt is one of the best bang for buck mid tier GPU's out there. And if you really need wifi access down the road you can always buy an add on pcie wifi card and install it that way. The way you had it would work if you prefer the wifi built into the motherboard but you will run into needing a new GPU much sooner. Best of luck with your build, and that power supply and case should work just fine.CPU: (1) AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6GHz 6 Core AM4 Boxed Processor with Wraith Stealth Cooler ($159.99 EACH)Motherboard: (1) ASRock B450 PRO4 AMD AM4 ATX Motherboard ($89.99 EACH)RAM: (1) G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 PC4-25600 CL16 Dual Channel Desktop Memory Kit F4-3200C16D-16GVKB - Black ($69.99 EACH)Video Card: (1) Gigabyte Radeon RX 5600 XT Windforce Overclocked Dual-Fan 6GB GDDR6 PCIe 4.0 Video Card ($279.99 EACH)M.2 SSD: (1) Crucial P1 500GB SSD 3D QLC NAND M.2 2280 PCIe NVMe 3.0 x4 Internal Solid State Drive ($72.99 EACH)Total: $672.95

Agree with above. IF you are just gaming, get a cheaper mobo and get a better graphics card. look into open box section too.
