Would this be a suitable build?

Hi all, I'm  kinda new to PC building, and would like your opinions on the parts list i have put together.  My main goal is to be able to run Fallout 4, hopefully on the best possible graphics settings and 1080p.  Would these selections work? what would you change?  trying to keep the price as low as possible as well, between $600-700

I have a old Thermaltake V3 black edition case, and a TR2 600w power supply already.  If you think that either of these wont work what would you suggest?

  • I only made 2 changes, I changed your motherboard to the 89.99 ASRock motherboard and upgraded your GPU to a 5600xt.  While this does take away your wifi built into the motherboard it gives you much better performance on games.  Now that AMD "seems" to have ironed out a lot of the driver issues they had, the 5600xt is one of the best bang for buck mid tier GPU's out there. And if you really need wifi access down the road you can always buy an add on pcie wifi card and install it that way.  The way you had it would work if you prefer the wifi built into the motherboard but you will run into needing a new GPU much sooner.  Best of luck with your build, and that power supply and case should work just fine.

  • Agree with above. IF you are just gaming, get a cheaper mobo and get a better graphics card. look into open box section too.
