Is that $1000 including the cost of Windows? If so, that's another $139.99 on top of the parts. Also, with a Ryzen 5 2600x, you don't need an X570 motherboard. You can save some cost by jumping down to a B450 instead.

That's including the cost of Windows and puts you right at $1000 for the build, however that's before taxes. If your price is $1000 including taxes, bump down the GPU down to something like a 1660 Super or 1650 Super. -
That looks like a nice build. Thanks for the input I appreciate it

What is this computer going to be used for?
What type of monitors do you currently have, they 144+ FPS? Any detials would help with helping you better.
Here is an example of one for you:

You don't need to get that CPU, but it's the one i'm using and it's super good. You might find a deal with that CPU and Motherboard on their site or another site like PC Part Picker. Micro Center have some good for deals instore, but i wouldn't expect instore sales during these times.
Instore at Micro Center, i paid $74 for a Ryzen 3600x (Yes X) and $79 for that same motherboard (both used) back in JAN. I added the warranty so that added like $40 or something, not sure. What ever 3 years costs. You might also find a sale on that RAM for $100 for 32GB 16Gb X 2.
With M.2 i put it as a 256gb for OS and programs. 2 Tb for other stuff and 1 TB SSD for games. You could run the 1TB SSD as a cashe for the 2TB HDD.
I didn't add a PSU as MicroCenter doesn't have any good ones. I would look for a good seasonic from somewhere online. Like a seasonic platinum or something. There is no reaosn to ever run bronze like you had in your post. Don't cheap put on a PSU.
