Hi, I'm having a similar issue as others as it appears my serial number has not been activated on ESET's website for my Powerspec G706

ESETMC ISSUES.
I bought a power spec G358  on Aug 15, 2020.
I select I want to activate and install.
I fill out everything, except for State which does not allow any selection.
I HIT submit and nothing happens.

You can finish the registration here: https://store.eset.com/us/activate/

From there, you'll download the NOD32 client off the ESET site and activate it with the provided key. Let us know if you have any issues with it.

Hello, I just bought a powerspec PC from microcenter today that comes with the trial for Internet Security and am encountering the same issue of the serial number not working to receive a license key.

Hello! I purchased a PowerSpec B744 and am trying to install ESET Internet Security. I filled in the form on the ESET site, but it says my license key is not recognized.

Just to double check, you are seeing a prompt asking for your serial number?  If you aren't seeing it, try using this website; https://store.eset.com/us/activate/microcenter/

Hello, I'm experiencing the same issue that everyone else seems to be having - I purchased a Powerspec B677 and am trying to install ESET Internet Security, and am taken to the following page: "The License Key or Retail Code you entered could not be found in our system." 
My serial number is B677092050382. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I've opened up a ticket to make sure your serial number is properly in the ESET database. It might take a few days to get that solved, in the meantime you can always download the 30-day trial from ESET's website!

Are you having the same issues as others where it says the license key or retail code could not be found, or it just the form popping some other error? Try redeeming it on this page: https://store.eset.com/us/activate/microcenter/

IF that doesn't work and it says the code cannot be found we can get your serial passed along to have it added to the database.

When I use the "https://store.eset.com/us/activate/microcenter/" link it says "The License Key or Retail Code you entered could not be found in our system." Could you help fix this please?

I have been trying to activate my G706 for several months to no success. I get the same error after going through the work around of not being able to enter my state directly to the helper and using the direct link work around (which is highly not customer friendly), I received, "The License Key or Retail Code you entered could not be found in our system."  I had nearly given up until finding this thread because even the direct ESET website community gives me nothing but 504 errors.

I have been trying to activate ESET as well. Spoke with Microcenter tech support, they offered no solution except to bring it back to the store. Found this link while I was talking to them.
Followed the instruction found earlier in this thread but Serial # could not be used to activate, and could not find a link that mentions "use serial number" blah blah blah. I have a G464
