Monitor turns off when playing certain games
Before i make any big changes and have to return anything and or buy a replacement, it might just be doing something wrong and hope to have a solution or might have to change somethings on. Two weeks ago this pc was built and it was running with some mishaps at the beginning, but eventually were solved and up and running. MAIN problem is that when playing certain games sometimes the screens turns off and on, in most cases it turns off and doesn’t turn back on while things are still running in the back. Games that have i’ve had issue with: Fortnite (Epic or High settings) just randomly freezes and closes the application i always have v-sync off, Shadows of the Tomb Raider Trial (Default settings) ran smoothly when playing spazzing black lines randomly appeared, and for some source games Csgo, Gmod etc. screen turns off for a couple of seconds and turns back on. I remember playing pummel party, easy to run but randomly froze with audio stuck and monitor just turns off. Anyways... here the specs and monitor

Sounds like display driver crashes and artifacting. All related to your video card. The troubleshooting is relatively simple. First run the AMD cleanup utility located here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601
This tool wipes all of your AMD GPU drivers. It'll reboots you into safe mode and does so automatically, it's very simple. Wants it's done go back to amd.com and download the latest drivers. If the issues persist after this and with you being within 30 days of purchase, please exchange the video card. -
video card is going to be returned with Amazon. so now i have a Geforce RTX 1660 Ti coming in for replacement.

Seems like a good choice to replace the card after ruling out a driver issue. Since you're switching make sure to run the driver cleanup utility before you shut the system down and install your new GTX 1660 Ti.

Thank you, i’d like to keep this post open to further investigate. New driver will be arriving 5/15, will update as soon as possible

@Adrian20
Of course. Let us know how the system runs with the 1660 Ti. I hope this graphics card does not give you any problems like the RX 590.
