I can no longer add an attachment to an email. It doesn't matter which browser I use and I've tried it in both my Yahoo and Gmail accounts. It lets me select a file and then I get the message "not responding." I've rebooted. What's happened???

It sounds like the file size is too large. Have you tried multiple files of varying file sizes.
Try adding a file that is only 125KB. -
The latest file I'm trying to attach is 11KB.

Greetings. To verify the file you are trying to attach is directly on your PC, and not on a flash drive plugged in, or on a cloud service such as OneDrive? Does every single file you attempt to attach present the same issue?

They are directly on my PC. I was just playing with it and it seems to only happen with Word and Excel documents. I was able to attach a picture and an Adobe document, but not excel or word.
