New PowerSpec PC hacked into. Do I need to bring it in to wipe it clear (and start over) or is there a way to do it myself? (I am 2 years into my knowledge of computers - can follow directions if needed)

Greetings JillV. Can you give me a little more description of what occurred? Was someone remote controlling the PC? If so, did you manage to disconnect them from the computer?
If you text us at 614-850-3670 with your purchase reference number, we can help you go over some troubleshooting to ensure the intruder is out of the computer.
