Wireless connection stops working

Hello, 
We bought a store-built computer PowerSpec GEForce RTX2060 a little over a month ago, and now the wireless connection stop working.  We unplug and re-plug the adapter and it still doesn't work.  Wired connection works fine.   Please help.  Thank you,

What kind of wireless adapter are you using? Is it internal or external? 
It seems that it could be a driver issue. Have you tried uninstalling the adapter in 'Device Manager'? Once you uninstall it, you will have to restart the PC. Then Windows will automatically reinstall the drivers. If you are not sure how to do this, we have a guide that will help.

Also, is this the only device that is having issues connecting to Wi-Fi?
