Reserve now checkout option with unreleased product?

While going through the PC builder it let me add a 5900x to my build and it remained in cart. I am able to checkout with it and it says 'reserve now' under check out.  So does that mean this will actually reserve a CPU at my store for the launch day?

We do have the 5900X listed on our website however it will most likely be unable to be reserved or paid for ahead of time.  Hype release products like GPUs and Processors are first come first serve releases with no ability to reserve.  You may find more information on our Zen 3 release here; https://community.microcenter.com/discussion/5125/amd-zen-3-ryzen-5000-series-launch-discussion#latest

@TSPhillipT So then if thats true you guys may have a bug in your pc custom builder, since it lets people add 'coming soon' products from the pc builder to their cart and proceed to checkout.  Thats why I asked since I wasnt sure what this would actually do since I had never seen a reservation system before, it lets you proceed all the way up to payment at least

@TSPhillipT so since I found a bug, anyway I can get a 5900x set aside for me locally
