Holiday return policy?

When you call the main corporate number (614 850 3000) they advise of an extended return policy by phone, but when i go to my local fairfax store they do not mention it. It is also not mentioned anywhere on the website. Can someone please chime in with an answer (and maybe update the home page too?)

Yes, we do offer extended returns during the holidays. Anything purchased from 11/2 until Christmas is eligible for return until January 15th. This doesn't apply to some of the products that have return-exceptions due to COVID-19 (high-contact items like headphones, microphones and VR headsets to name a few).

Are you guys trying to hide this fact? I cant find it listed ANYWHERE on your site. Just seems shady....

Apologies, It's not meant to seem shady at all! Normally our website will list this information and receipts that are printed during this time would have that information on them. At least, that's what happened last year. I'm not sure why this information hasn't been published yet, but I'll inquire with our web team! I can confirm that the information above is correct.

Hi, can someone clarify...i bought a powerspec prebuilt gaming pc nov 25....do i have the extended return on this till jan 15, 2020 or just the standard 15 day return. Thanks

You can return that PC anytime until 1/15/2021 since you bought during our holiday return period.
