SSD and HDD

It’s my first time having duel hard drives, but I don’t know how to save or get files from the HDD. I thought I found the drive and attempted to save to it but it didn’t work.

This information is fantastic! Sadly I didn’t have the drive i was looking for. I paid micro center to put the system together for me, and i see a second drive with only 2 gigs and a partitioned c drive and that’s it. Starting to think the second drive isn’t hooked up or they just forgot it

Hmm. That is strange. If you had us install it for you recently, I'd definitely recommend bringing it to our service department. We should be able to take care of this for you.

Otherwise, I'd check to make sure that the drive is properly plugged in. It should have two cables plugged into it. SATA data, and SATA power.
