How to cancel an online order?

@Jonathan_Cervantes24 the amount should only be in pending (hold) status. The amount wouldn't have been debited until it was shipped. Since we are canceling the order, the amount that is in pending or hold status will be released back to your account within five (5) business days.

Hello @VikkiSmallz I am sorry we missed your request yesterday, however I do see a note on this order we are trying to get this processed. You will get an email confirmation if we are able to fully cancel this.
