hi guys, I've had trouble buying a custom pc in your web page because it says the order has not been processed or something, I have tried with different credit cards, however I was wondering if I can call somebody in the store and give them all the instructions on what I want, is this possible. if it is what phone number should I call.

We'd recommend coming to the store if you're not able to place the order through our website. Unfortunately, we do not have a way to place or pay for an order over the phone.
