What is the policy for returns of online laptop purchases? Do I need to go to the store to return it? If not, is there a shipping fee for doing it by mail? if I get it delivered to me, do I have 15 days to return it after the order date or after I receive it? If I return it by mail on the 15th day and it doesn't reach Micro Center till a few days later, is it still a valid return?

Hello, @JoeShmoe If you've ordered an item online, you may return it via mail or return it in-person to your local Micro Center. You may be required to pay for return shipping. With laptops, there is a 15 day return period that would start from the day the item is delivered. As long as the item has been shipped by the 15th day, it should be considered a valid return.
