Returns and Exchanges

I recently purchased an I7 10700 CPU and installed in.  Would it be possible to exchange it for the 10700k? or since it's been installed, is it no longer returnable?

We would need some more information on the purchase of the item.  How long ago was the processor purchased?  Also do you still have the box and packaging for the processor?  Below is a link for our return policy

11/25.  yes, I have the box it came in.  I read the return policy but just didn't know if installing it and the heatsink would make it not returnable.  Wanted to ask before breaking the PC down again to bring it in

If it's open and you still have the original packaging and everything, that is not an issue, you can return/exchange.
