I returned an item on12/02. Reference Number 141-RE-15071160. Refund was to be credited to my Visa card. Credit has not shown up in the account. Why the delay?

The order were returned on 12/2 it appears, typically refunds/holds are returned within 4-7 business days dependent on card/bank used.
