No help with purchase

I'm new to building pcs and saw a great bundle on cyber Monday! I got it, brought it home, and waited for the rest of my parts. They finally come, and I spend 10+ building it. When finally done, I can't even get a splash screen, and then proceed to check everything, all good, come to find out, my motherboard and cpu aren't compatible! And nobody from microcenter seems to care about it.

Hello @Hobohobona Sorry to hear that you feel no one cares about your experience. We do! I see that you recently purchased an ASRock B450M motherboard and a Ryzen 7 3700X. These items are compatible and should work well together! What kind of issues are you having with these parts?

It's not even posting, and I me and my mom never got a call back. I was sold these under the impression that I'd be able to plug in and play. But it apparently requires a bios update now. And it was sold as a bundle. Every time I call, it says your backed up

It shouldn't require a BIOS update at this time. There should be a sticker on the box that shows
