Why does the online inventory never accurately represent the stores actual stock of an item? love driving 30 minutes just to find out its out of stock when the website says theres multiple

Sorry to hear that there was an error here. Our website typically does show very accurate stock of the items in our stores but you can go one step further and place a reservation for an item if you're interested in coming to pick it up. Once the item is reserved and set aside for you, you'll receive an email confirmation.

What item were you interested in and in what store were you shopping? I'd be happy to look into this error and get it resolved.
