LandShark, you can deny this all you want but from a customer's perspective, you ARE making it more difficult to do things like resolve issues with orders or cancel them by not publishing a phone number.
There are instances where talking directly to an employee is the best way to resolve issues, both for the customer and for the business. By refusing to provide that option, you come across as aloof, uncaring, cheap and just plain lazy.
Now that Amazon is offering same-day delivery, there's are fewer and fewer reasons to shop at Micro Center. Not providing a phone number is just one more.
If you go to the website on your smart phone, you can click store info at the top and scroll down to find a text button then just call that same phone number. You can also google it and probably find one.

As @Ichthus mentioned, you're able to text or call the store using the website, however, that number does ring through to our corporate contact center, which is where I am.
