Head set

I recently went to Chicago store yesterday and bought a wireless usb headset. Struggling finding one compatible online i decided to go in person and ask a sales specialist which one would work with my Xbox. He handed me a headset that isnt compatible. But I took his word on it and didn’t research it thinking he knew better then me. It’s frustrating knowing I can’t return this item. Is there anyone I can just exchange it for a headset compatible? I can’t use it and i feel burned

Hello @Rj79 Sorry to hear about this. I'd have to recommend that you return to the store to speak with a manager to see if they are able to offer an exchange or a different solution here. However, at this time, headphones are not eligible for return.
