Warranty Quesiton

If I have a 2 year warranty on a product and I
don’t want the product anymore, but nothing is wrong with it, can I return it for store credit still? Or does it have to be broken?

  • Hello, if you're interested in returning an item it must be returned within the return period of the device, which is either 15 or 30 days depending on the product.
    The warranty does cover any defects. If you're interested in more information about our return policy please find it here.

  • Does the warranty cover any physical defects? Let’s say I were to drop my graphics card on accident and it were to become defective, would I be able to return it using my warranty?
  • One of the monitors I purchased a few months ago is defective. The color has faded significantly especially compared to the other monitor I purchased at the same time. What do I need to do to exchange or repair the monitor?  I have the 2 year warranty.
