Powerspec 1530: ESET activation program does not work

I purchased this device a few months ago, and when prompted to install ESET Internet Security, the popup will not intake my information, nor does the State tab function correctly. I ignored the popups then, and tried to install it again today with no luck (also with no luck when I went to their website and inputted my laptop's serial number). May I receive some help with this issue?

Hi, it is supposed to come with my Micro Center purchase, I didn't buy a license. #11209581, product SKU number 115956.
