Powerspec 1530: ESET activation program does not work

I purchased this device a few months ago, and when prompted to install ESET Internet Security, the popup will not intake my information, nor does the State tab function correctly. I ignored the popups then, and tried to install it again today with no luck (also with no luck when I went to their website and inputted my laptop's serial number). May I receive some help with this issue?

Are you looking to activate the ESET trial or did you purchase an ESET license?
Could you please share your reference number from your purchase?

Hi, it is supposed to come with my Micro Center purchase, I didn't buy a license. #11209581, product SKU number 115956.
