Remove PSU Shroud from B745
I'm trying to add a second HDD to a new B745. I know I need to remove the PSU shroud to do it. I removed the thumb screws but cannot get it off. How do you remove this thing? Thanks in advance!

Hello @ZaneS
Did you remove the glass and the back of the case behind the motherboard? You should only have the remove the screws and slide out the covers. I would refer to this article we have on the Lian Li 205 case: https://community.microcenter.com/kb/articles/119-how-to-locate-the-additional-drive-bays-in-a-lian-li-atx-205-case Unfortunately, Lian Li does not have a manual listed for this case online.
Also, to install an HDD, you will want to remove the screws on the bottom in order to slide out the HDD bay. It will make installing the drive itself much easier.
Let us know if you run into any problems.

Thanks so much. This is exactly what I needed. The two bits of info I was missing was the little screw in step 5 that frees the PSU shroud. Also, the other key is what you noted about bottom screws that free the HDD bay so you can get to it more easily. After that, it was a snap. The B745 recognized the drive and I'm off to the races! Thanks very much for the great resources!
