Computer Diagnostic service questions
How does the Computer Diagnostic service/scheduling work? My personally built PC stopped working after 6 months of normal usage, and I want to have my local MicroCenter Diagnostic service take a look at it. Do I have to purchase the service ahead of time? Do I need to go somewhere to see what time slots are available? Or is it just bring my PC to the store and it will be looked at right away?
Also, what's the timeline for the diagnostic process? Will I be involved the entire time, or will someone take my computer, and let me know when it's ready to be picked up again?
