
Dont have a Order# after in-store drop off of my Laptop
Hi Guys,
I visited a store today at Retail Center, 263 McLean Blvd Route 20, Paterson, NJ 07504. It was good experience and support person was super helpful. There was a problem with the internal system and they told me that I will get a confirmation with order # once the information will be submitted into the system. I filled the service repair check-in form and got a copy of it. But there is no order #. Field in the form is blank. It says that I can check repair status at service.microcenter.com, but it requires order #. Kinda stuck atm.
Question: is this fine? Will I get Order # later?
This laptop has a big sentimental value for me and my wife.

Hello @aocolitii, this does happen sometimes, but we still have your information so once there is an update for your repair we would contact you either by phone, email or text if you told them that was ok. Once we reach out to you we would be able to provide the RP or SV number associated with the service. I am sorry for the confusion this has caused.
