Dont have a Order# after in-store drop off of my Laptop

Hi Guys,

I visited a store today at Retail Center, 263 McLean Blvd Route 20, Paterson, NJ 07504. It was good experience and support person was super helpful. There was a problem with the internal system and they told me that I will get a confirmation with order # once the information will be submitted into the system. I filled the service repair check-in form and got a copy of it. But there is no order #. Field in the form is blank. It says that I can check repair status at, but it requires order #. Kinda stuck atm. 

Question: is this fine? Will I get Order # later? 

This laptop has a big sentimental value for me and my wife.
