GPU return policy in regards to recent limitations

I bought a 6700XT recently and it's been a complete headache with it. I keep getting green screen crashes on it. Did a fresh install of windows, DDU drivers, new higher wattage PSU...the whole nine yards. At this point I'm going insane. So if I were to bring it back for a return would I be subjected to the 30 day 1 GPU rule still? Do I have the option of an exchange if I'm lucky enough that they have stock in that day?

The darn card is so new that trying to find other people with similar issues is near non-existent. Official driver support for this card has been the 2 most recent versions so not much choice when it comes to using older drivers. Suggestions by communities just come down to the same methods for the 5700XT. Very frustrating.
