While booting this workstation and using the usual combination keys to access Raid Bios nothing happens and computer continues to boot Windows
From what I can see at the PowerSpec website, the motherboard on my system is not the same from the one listed on there, and the sticker states: B830 Build 3
This motherboard has 4 memory slots
Please help?
Hello, it should be the Delete key to access BIOS for that model. You can also get into BIOS from Windows directly if needed, here is how to do that: https://community.microcenter.com/discussion/2306/how-to-get-into-bios-from-windows-10
No, I can get into the computer BIOS okay, however the raid controller bios is the one I can't access. With Usual Ctrl+i
ALSO my apologies and I have fixed the post title , the system is a PowerSpec® B680 build 3
The motherboard on this system supports raid, but I can't configure my mirror
@geserino just chiming in. You can only access the RAID Configuration Utility with Ctrl+I with 2 or more drives installed. Also under Advanced >SATA Configuration >SATA Mode should be set to RAID as well for the Configuration Utility to appear (CTRL+I) with 2 or more HDDs.
@TSTDavey , roger that and thanks both for stopping by
You all take care, thanks again.
@geserino no problem. You take care as well and thanks for stopping by the Microcenter Forum.
